The gallery is available to hire on a weekly basis, from Monday 12 noon until Sunday 9pm.
The weekly cost of hiring the gallery is £1,150 (£2,150 for two weeks). Discounts are available for longer hire, bank holiday weeks and also July and August. Please view ‘availability’ for different rates.
A deposit of £350 (£650 for two weeks) is required at the time of booking the gallery. 50% of the balance will be due ten weeks before your let with the final balance due five weeks before. All these payments are non-refundable, so please insure against cancellation due to illness etc.
A further cheque of £350 is required with your final payment. This will be held against damages or breakages howsoever caused and will be returned to you not cashed after the letting period, unless deductions are to be made.

As the gallery is near to Chelsea Football Ground at Stamford Bridge, please check that the dates of matches don’t coincide with your opening party.
There is a clear corded hanging system. No other fixtures or fittings are to be used.
No red wine is to be served in the gallery, as spillages will cause permanent damage to the limestone floor and mark the stair and landing area.
To keep the costs of the gallery as economical as possible, please leave the gallery clean and tidy as you find it. Please take down and pack away the hanging system you have used, and remove all your rubbish, bottles, packaging etc. Please also remember to sweep the pavement area after openings.
You may park your car on the pavement area outside the gallery to unload and load and at other times if you wish. Otherwise there is pay and display parking in the area,
except between 6.30-8.00pm Monday to Friday and 2.00-4.00pm on Saturdays. This is a new restriction in the area. There is a car park at Fulham Broadway and in the Chelsea Village; both are two minutes walk away please recommend to your guests.
We will enter your name, date and title of your exhibition in our monthly advertisement in Galleries Magazine for free. Please confirm details of this at least 2 months prior to your exhibition.
The gallery is insured, but you are responsible for insuring all your own works of art and personal possessions brought into the gallery against all risks, including damage, howsoever caused, and theft. There is an excess charge of £280 for damage to the premises, should we have to claim on our own insurance.
The gallery’s Banham burglar alarm must be set at all times when the premises are unoccupied. If the alarm is activated by mistake a charge of £80 will be levied each time it happens, this is a “call out” charge made by Banhams to the gallery. There is also a fire alarm.
The Lennox Gallery accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for works shown or exhibited on its premises. This includes, but is not limited to, any warranties as to the authenticity of any works shown or exhibited. The person, business or company responsible for taking the letting will indemnify The Lennox Gallery in full for any claims or costs, howsoever arising, made against it by third parties in respect of any matters arising out of the letting.
